Nicole Subhani has a passion and love for all things baked!

 

From the youngest of age Nicole loved to bake and experiment with new recipes and creative designs. She would head into the kitchen to offer a helping hand or to cook up a storm with her mum, grandma, dad and even her younger brother – to show him all that she had learnt.  

 

Nicole is most at home and relaxed in the kitchen.  She loves to whip up a batch of cupcakes, beat up fluffy and shiny meringue, create a towering masterpiece and work on a new cake topper. 

 

During her high school years Nicole completed numerous hospitality certifications that saw her complete placements at Adriano Zumbo’s Patisserie in Melbourne and then Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast. 

 

Her passion flows into her work at It’s Baked by Nicole as she carefully caters for the needs of each customer.  Each cake is designed to represent the mood of the celebration, while the flavour of the cake and frosting will be carefully selected to suit the preferred taste of the guests.

Nicole has recently finished a double degree at University and works in marketing and communications within the education sector.
